I called this phone number, a woman answered & put me on hold for an hour. All I wanted to do was talk to a rep about an account fee. My husband called, got ahold of Sarah, who then told me to make an appointment, or she could send me to an automated member service again. What a joke! I bet a lot of people just eat the fee, because it is so hard to get through to a real person. & apparently they can't do anything over the phone. I eventually made an aptm for 1pm, and when I asked what the representative's name is that I am meeting with, she told me "which ever rep is available at that time". Just laughable. I made an appointment with NOBODY! Great, thanks! I would def bank somewhere else, if I hadn't bought a whole bunch of checks for this acct, ughhhh!
I live in Kentucky, so I have to drive to Springfield, TN., for making deposits and other banking services. Its a 1 1/2 drive. However, I have been with BOA to long to switch banks. Besides, BOA has the best services, security and people in the banking business so the drive is worth it.
