Comfort Keepers

When in comes to in-home care, Comfort Keepers is the "real deal"! I had been living with and caring for my mom since 2000, when my dad passed away. Mom's physical and mental decline was progressing, to the point where I was not comfortable leaving her home alone. Fortunately, for both of us, I found Comfort Keepers. What a God-send! I was able to continue working, and mom had regular care givers who were professional, loving, caring and engaging! Mom became active again, going to the Wayne Senior Center frequently, or out to lunch, to get her hair done, doctor appointments or visit friends. Mom's care givers were attentive and quick to have mom help with chores around the house - prepping for dinner, folding laundry, sorting through mail, drying dishes. I would often come home to mom and Tanya laughing at a Carol Burnett episode that was playing, or finishing up a game of Old Maids or working a 1000 piece puzzle in the living room. Liz would be sure to pray with mom every morning before breakfast. Kathy showed mom how to make a holiday decoration using a coat hangar, string and LOTS of caramel candies! Dinner was family time, and we all sat down to eat together, with much conversation, silliness and laughter. Comfort Keepers care givers know how to create memories and excel at elevating a person's quality of life! Mom's care givers had my complete trust, I knew mom was in good hands.

excellent service, care about people they are taking care of. they bring flowers when someone they take of is in hospital, they call family members and alert them to issues and they care for people like they were their own family.
