I had a good car buying experience. No hassle, no struggle just easy breezy service getting me into the car that I wanted
Took car for warranty repairs. Made appointment a week before. Arrived at dealer 15 minutes before my appointment to get paperwork done. Employee took car and parked it that is what they do with all cars there to make room. So after 2 hours of waiting walking around I still see my car in the same spot which they had parked it in earlier. I was in and out of the waiting room because waiting room chairs suck the life out if you. Anyway I see cars come and go my car has not moved yet. Remind you I made a appointment a week earlier for 9:30. It's now 11:30 and my car still did not move from the spot. So talk to the service people who have no clue and asked how my car was doing and they said it was in the shop. I started to laugh and said my car has not moved since I dropped it off. How can it be in the shop. So to make this story short had to take car and make another appointment. Had to get granddaughter from school is the reason I leftSo if you need any work done I would recommend another dealer because this one has no clue what they are doing
I like that I can come in Saturday's for an oil change. I'm happy with the service that they performed.

Lies, Lies, Lies, the long and short of it. Good old high pressure and bait and switch. They'll tell you the car has features that it doesn't just to sell the car. Told me it had automatic emergency braking, it don't. Told me it had a heated steering wheel, it don't, said headlights move with steering they don't. I've talked to Hyunda USA they said they would follow up. They didn't. Chris Bernicker never returned my email, the sales person did call and tried to tell me he never said the car had those features. I felt so stupid when I took it in for service. I was asked, don't you read the owners manual when I said the features were not working.
I do not think the service department is trustworty based on my two experiences of having my vehicle serviced there,
