I just tried to write a whole long explanation of the horrible service that I received after not having a package delivered on time. Don't have a lot more time for this business so here is the short of it . Trying tounderstand the late deliveryvery frustrating considering there is a phone number on the package and The address was correctThe manager really needs to learn some skills like not talking back to a customer and saying things like " your not getting a refund" never asked for 1 just stated that it sucked to pay for a service that is late and she had no idea how to figure out where or when it would be delivered or the hours of delivery for UPS really? Wow I stated the place closed at 5 so I was considered about the delivery time she stated " it's not the holidays in sure it would be there before 5 " really ? So demanded my package be sent back hung up on her after she said " can you be quiet and listen to me" Nope went over her head called UPS back got a supervisor they have guaranteed the delivery so Thank you for an angry morning won't be using your services ever again and won't be recommending .
