February 2015-I took my computer in due to a faulty cord and after keeping it for 3 days they explained that I needed a new motherboard that they would sell me for 200 dollars which was more than the computer was worth. The odd thing is that there was nothing wrong with the motherboard when I took it careful with this company. Oddly enough I thought I was getting good customer service but the result was major distrust of what happened to this computer while in there care...
