Dear General Manager, please know that you have an employee that treated us amazing. I have purchased bikes from you for 20 years, however this weekend we decided we wanted a new razer 900S. We called, got Eric, and he had us setup and out the door in no time, with the MOST PLEASANT experience. He took the time to help us in every detail without being pushy, he simply listened and made it happen. Eric is an asset to your sales team, I hope you pass on a sincere thank you to him from us. You have earned a customer for life if we can always have Eric as our sales rep.
They installed a tender which doesn't work with my charger and won't give me the 1 off my old bike, brand new bike has swirls in the paint on 1 of the saddlebags which I didn't see that day because it was so dirty mainly because they parked it right beside where they tested the 4 wheelers! A good dealer wouldn't let it leave without being washed and waxed first! And 1 of the groomets that hold the passenger intercom wire just broke for no reason and I have never touched it! Some people might think its petty but if I'm going to have over 30k invested it should be perfect and it wasnt!
Thanks to the women staffing the Accessories desk today for turning what would have been a huge dissatisfaction into a positive experience. Reserved a communication system for pickup needed for an upcoming trip, and by the time I made the hour ride later that day, the last unit sold. The team worked on an alternative solution that met my needs. Very happy with continued great service from this business!

I had purchased a used Ducati from out of state and had a major issue with the transmission. I brought it to Competition Accessories for warranty work and couldn't be more pleased with their customer service. When I pulled up to drop the bike off, someone had already walked out to help me get it off the trailer. Their service department is full of smiles, professionalism, and great communication. I can't recommend this dealership enough based on their customer service ethic.

I am so grateful that my trike made it into your shop, before it quit, and for Ryan and his 8 hours of dedication to getting me on the road. And a very special thank you to Shawn Bowshier, for his selflessness. There are quite a few big Harley shops around the area but didn't go the Harley route for my first bike, so buying Harley accessories wouldn't be quite right, so the other choices in the area are pretty limited. Bought my first bike (v-star) about a month ago and needed some gloves, a half helmet for me and a helmet for my wife. A co-worker suggested checking out Competition Accessories since they have a great selection, glad we did! Took us about 35 minutes to get there from south Dayton but was worth the drive! We were a little overwhelmed with the selection, it's pretty huge inside but everything was well organized and laid out. The service we received was great, the girl who helped us was happy to get the sizes we needed and made sure we had the proper fit. She even mentioned that they had some new helmets in the back that weren't stocked yet that I might be interested in, she brought them out and it was what I was looking for.
I want to praise the great and professional customer service and assistance I received from the Competition Accessories staff on a recent order. I placed an order for the Shoei TZ-R Orb helmet on Friday and needed it to arrive by the following Tuesday since it was a Birthday gift for my brother.They did not have it in stock and the item was listed as a " two day " item, which meant it would ship in two days plus the UPS delivery time. But, thanks to their willingness to try and get it drop-shipped from a warehouse that was closer to me my brother did receive a great surprise gift in time for his Birthday. I have to admit I was skeptical, based on some previous experiences with other companies that promise but don’t deliver, that the verbal confirmations would actually turn into an on time delivery. But, to my pleasant surprise they did!
