I had a Post accident test done and I can't get anyone to return my call or get the results back. I've been trying for 3 weeks. I will think twice before using this facility again..

Excellent service, FAST results!!! Appreciate everything you have done for our company (and family too!)
Such a caring doctor and staff. Dr. Baker and his staff run a strict program where the goal is adherence to the outlined program, rules which help patients stay healthy and maintain their quality of life.
Don't answer phones. Goes to voicemail. Nobody calls back. Can't make an appointment. I'm starting to think they want you to use the ER because there's more money in it for them.Found a provider that hires competent professionals to answer the phone and make appointments. This patient does not feel well enough to play games with incompetents. Bye, bye OCH Evergreen Clinic.
Dr Havaldar does not care about his patients and will just tell you to go to the ER if you are having problems. He does not listen to his patients. 90 days to get an appointment which is NOT acceptable for Crohn's patients having flares. LOVES making you give stool samples for every little thing (YUCK)!
Dr.Lambird is a wonderful Dr.she listens and is very knowledgeable and helpful and also has honorable standards
Dr. Baker and his staff are very kind. If you are lucky enough to be referred to him. He is a lifesaver for those who are in chronic pain. Very strict rules, which I like.
Left messages for 2 days and no one has returned my call. When I call, all I get is a voice message and this is on their regular posted hours and on their regular posted days.
The Physician Free Clinic. The likelihood of your actually seeing an MD at one of Cox Health clinics is very, very slim. They staff them with nurse practitioners. But rest assured, you will pay physician prices for basically nothing. I wouldn't trust them to change a Band-Aid.Avoid these quack houses and go to a real physician. One with a medical doctorate.
very rude on answering phone can be nicer when telling people a doctor referral is required.
