This past Saturday night, I locked my keys in a car that was not my own. Tyler Gomez came to service me and went above and beyond the call of duty to service me. The Saturn vehicle was very difficult and took a long time to get into. Then the keys had fallen inside the car in a very difficult place to retrieve.Ttyler could have given up a number of times, but stuck with it until the keys had been retrieved. What a good image he projects for henry's Towing! And what a service he was to me !

This company illegally towed my vehicle, damaged my vehicle, and will do nothing about it. The only recourse I have is to take him to court over it. This is why tow trucks get a bad name, avoid this company like the plague.

So normally I don't make a fuss about poor service unless it is inexcusable. I know people have bad days sometimes but this was nothing like that. First of all it took two hours for them to get to Price Cutter in Ozark... ok.. definitely not the worst part. When the young man got there he did not have a clue about how to drop down the full sized spare from the back. He asked if there was a switch on the dash to let it down. He also was not using safe lift points to raise the vehicle and did not use jack stands to safely support the vehicle. He did manage to get his jack stuck and then let out a cuss word in front of my friend's young kids. I had to show him how to lower his jack. When tightening the lug nuts he did not follow the proper tightening pattern and did not check the torque. I had to ask him if he would check the tire pressure in the spare. I was very worried during the whole process both for the vehicle and for young man. It was obvious he had no formal training and little to no realtime experience. I will end this with a positive note. He was always upbeat and kind with a nice personality.

They will rob you blind , wont pay their employees right. Then they steal from their customers. Also they hire anybody off the street n and always having turn overs because they dont pay their employees. They treat their customers rude.

Disgusting people. It's terrible really that someone has given these meth addicts a business license. Their business practices definitely need to be investigated. They seem to think they are above the law.

These people are horrible. They make a mistake and won't accept their responsibility. Look at theirs BBB ratings. C+. I suggest calling the BBB you have issues.

A bunch of meth heads running a scam! The "tow away" zone was the size of an index card. We are not from around here and tried to explain what even happened. They refused and wanted our "cash" but they could take credit as well.
