This man can service all your appliance needs. He charges an Incredibly low Service Call Fee that includes 1hr of service and he did a great job. He lost all his profit in gas alone because the dryer that I was having repaired kept domino(ing). He would test and retest and even demonstrate to me that it was repaired. But he couldn't get out of the driveway before a new noise would pop up and he would have to turn around and come back in. The dryer was a definite mess to be sure. He spent over 3hrs working for me and not once mentioned charging me for the extra time. So, after Service Call Fee and Parts I wasn't left broke, instead I was tickled pink. Give him a call today for all your appliance needs. Honesty is his policy.

IN.THE TECH TOOK A PART OUT AND GAVE MY IN-LAW HIS BUSINESS CARD AND THERE IS NO LICENSE# AND HE IS A KITCHEN AND BATH RE MODELER.NOW WE STILL HAVE NO HEAT,OUR FURNACE IS MISSING A PART THAT HE TOOK CAUSE HE DIDN'T KNOW WHAT IT IS CALLED AND THE HOME OFFICE 800# IS CONTINUALLY HANGING UP ON ME.HOW THIS IS LEGAL I WILL NEVER KNOW,BUT TRUST THAT I WILL FIGURE OUT SOON IF IT IS NOT.I CALLED FOR A HEATING PERSON.I WOULDN'T GO TO AN AUTO MECHANIC FOR A HEART TRANSPLANT....AND THAT IS EXACTLY WHAT HAPPENED HERE WITH OUT MY KNOWLEDGE...SO MUCH FOR SAME DAY SERVICE.PEOPLE BEWARE!!!!I WOULDN'T CALL THEM TO CHANGE A LIGHT BULB!!

I believe the only positive I would give is that they were at our house within a few hours. This is the only positive from our experience. Our issue was with (we thought) our dryer. Called and they sent someone out. He was at our home for a total of 15 minutes. He thought he knew what the problem was. His diagnosis was that one of the prongs on the cord of our dryer was bent. His solution was to bend that prong back. Problem solved? He charged us $125 (I can say that this "technician" is no longer employed by SDS and that was verified by SDS management. So we called and spoke with someone at SDS that was unsure why he charged that much since there visits were around $60-$85. She stated that she would send out a $40 rebate check. Never received. Within 2 weeks we were having issues with our dryer again. Called them to send someone out and finally fix the issue. The person they sent out was clueless about electrical issues so he called someone else. Needless to say nothing was solved. Finally called another company that was there within a few hours also, and discovered the problem and fixed it within 30 minutes. The problem was the outlet and a faulty wire that had shorted out. After 5 weeks of going back and forth with SDS, today, 8/20/13, my wife went to their shop and showed them the faulty outlet and asked for a refund. We were refunded $61 of the $125. Will not use again.
