Missed my entire street, we made several phone calls, they "noted" the missed pickup, was supposed to pickup after the first call, never did, couldn't tell us why our street was ignored, promised to credit $3.09 lol!, it's been a week and everyone's trash is still sitting outside (2 weeks worth now), hopefully it gets picked today.
Worst ever trash company, rude on the phone. I like how make up their own prices with out notices. One time they skip pick up and refused to pick the next day because didn't call before noon well i work nights i don’t get until afternoon, really. These company need turn into attorney general bad business ethics. I cancel once but they bought out the company which and now i cancels again. I advised no one use this service.
Never got a bill or a call to notify me I had missed a payment, or even that a payment was due! They hen show up, unannounced and take the cans. I understand them collecting after someone hadn't paid, but they went about it all wrong! They came onto my property, went into my garage and took the cans! This is trespassing. They SHOULD have given me some form of notice that they were going to do this. Their employee should have knocked on my door instead of walking onto my property unannounced!I only missed the one payment, which I was unaware that I did as I never received a letter of notification or even an email! I was told when I called that they had an automated service call my phone, which I never received. This company has NO idea how to treat their customers properly, nor do they know how to collect money or even make it. I am very disappointed in this company.

These people can’t even take care of their dog that lives in a 5x5 kennel in their backyard let alone their trash business. Their dog lives outside every day of the year, in all weather extremes. I’m surprised the dog hasn’t had a heat stoke in the summer or died of hypothermia in the winter. The owner barely takes care of its basic needs; giving it fresh water and food every couple weeks at most. The lady doesn’t even make eye contact with the poor dog when she enters the kennel. The dog has no name, has never touched grass while living with her, it’s toe nails are so long they’ve curled, lives on concrete in its own feces, and never gets social interaction. When offering help, she rudely stated “my dog is well taken care of, mind your own business!” This attitude seems contradicting after hearing her voicemail recording which says “God Bless.” This is pure animal cruelty. Don’t support these actions or this trash service!
I had the same experience that others write of. I was paying my bill with auto deduct and out of the blue one day my roll out cart was missing. I never received any notice. Not a letter nor an email as they claimed. I had to pay what they said was unpaid and even then it was over a week for them to return my cart. of course I had to pay for the week I didn't receive service as well as clean up the trash the animals spread around since I didn't have a cart. now they haven't picked up this week, claiming it is due to snow. if school buses can run those big honkin trucks should be able to also. The people on the phone are very rude and unhelpful.
Never got my bill or my calls. Then was charged double to restart and told I was 3 months over due, when I had paid that bill. Never again.
Awful service. They have taken my trash cans twice since I moved even though my bill was paid. They were completely unhelpful when I needed something that wouldn't fit in the can taken. They wouldn't take it for an extra charge, so I ended up calling another company to take it. Customer service is terrible. I never had an issue with the old trash company that they bought out.
This company is buying up every small local trash business. When they do they omit to notify customers via the old company and then come remove your trash can when they cannot charge your bank account. They have done this to me 3 times now. I will drive my trash to the landfill before I ever have service with them!!!!!!!
This company is without a doubt the most incompetent bunch of idiots i've ever had the misfortune of dealing with i paid for 3 months of service up front they picked up my dumpster 2 times an then stopped i called multiple times explaining politely that our dumpster was not picked up they noted the account supposedly on 3 seperate occasions claiming it wouldnt happen again an then began putting the blame on us sayin that "they cant come pick it up because they have had to come back by our residence multiple times" only to correct their own mistakes i asked to cancel after one month due to the fact that my trash is full an still is sitting on the curb i canceled to weeks ago still havent gotten the refund i asked for i can certainly understand why this company has a 1.3 star rating on google i will be contacting the BBB.
