In December 2017, I dropped off an expensive womens’ suit to be dry cleaned. The suit was in perfect condition. When I went to pick up the suit, the decorative piping was melted and separated from the suit and the buttons were all loose. When I pointed it out to the young man at the counter, he said that the manager needed to look at it. A woman came out and agreed that there was a problem and said they would contact the manufacturer to see what could be done. I was so angry, I walked out, leaving the suit. When I came back, the young man at the counter went to get the manager for me. This time, a different woman came out and said she was the only manager. She then proceeded to tell me that the problem wasn’t their fault. I have taken the suit to an independent tailor who verified that the piping was melted from using an iron that was too hot. It will cost me $75.00 to have the piping redone. The manager lied about the damage and was extremely nasty. I believe that this business does not take responsibility for their mistakes.
They will try to have your car towed while you are doing lundrey by affordable towing if the tow truck driver would have looked in the front see he would have see the lundrey soap and dryer sheets and came in to ask before trying to make a quick buck affordable towing call center will hang up on you when you try to make a complaint on there driver's I have been going there for over a 2 years the girls working there are rude and snotty the redhead has here wanta be biker boyfriend trying to be a bouncer that all he is good for is running his mouth the owner seems nice now on that note her manager that fill the machinesis just as bad as the girls that work there I will never go back there and would hope no body else does eather went back in to talk to the owner and the male management told me that I had nothing to be upset about and that I was out of line
Worst laundry mat I have ever had to be in. Washers do not wring out clothes.the clothes still drip water when u remove them from the washers.. and the dryers..turn the heat up people..it takes $1.50 just to warm it up. GET REAL! A real laundry it takes 50 cents to completely dry one load..not $2. Your laundry is a RIP OFF FOR SURE!!!
Do not send your clothes to this dry cleaners !! If they ruin them they do not accept responsibility. In fact the owner was given our phone no repeatedly by her employees and never once called us tox resolve the issue. Very poor customer service !!
A website, or a Facebook page, maybe some hours listed here would be great, but anyway, the staff is probably too busy beating clothes against rocks like they did in the olden days to tell me their hours, even if I did know how to send smoke signals.
Very clean and very good equipment
I am here right now and I have never seen first hand such horrible human treatment in my life. A women brought a service dog in with her and a woman on the intercom is yelling at her, saying no pets allowed. The poor lady is trying to tell her it is a service dog with tags and all the things to make it legal. The woman on the intercom is not listening and keeps threatening to call the police. She is screaming at this lady on an intercom!! I am sitting here crying, thinking what if that was me or worse my nephew who also is in need of a service dog. I will never come back here and will make sure everyone I know hears about this.
I had no problems until one day I put on the last jacket I had dry cleaned there, and a button fell off. I looked at it and it appeared to be half melted and poorly sewed back on with a different color thread. Then I noticed a three inch long tear near the button which was also horribly sewn together.I returned to the business but the owner was out so an employee took my number and promised I would receive a call - which never came. I returned again and the owner was out again, so I left my number again and this time got a rude call informing me that she "did not feel" that her place had done this and she claimed she had called but my "voicebox was full" - impossible - I delete every message as soon as I listen to it.So now my favorite jacket is ruined and the owner refused to compensate me, however the MSU students who work there are nice.
Used their "heavy duty" washers. Clothes never got totally wet during wash cycle and came out with soap still on them, barely damp, and still dirty. We called the number to call if we had problems and they said "What do you want us to do about it?" They said they would be there in 20 minutes. We washed the clothes in other washers, dryed them, and 45 minutes later left without them coming to laundry to resolve the problem. We will never go back.
This laundromat was fantastic. It was clean and the staff was very helpful. I'm military and their drop off service was fast and inexpensive. They also offer the free wifi which is so convenient, to get laundry and work done at the same time. I have tried many locations in the area and this one is by far the best.
