Went to a job fair that lasted over 4 hours. Once completed I was offered employment and told I would receive an email explaining where and when to go for my pre employment drug screen. This was one week ago. I have called them numerous times and finally received an email address to contact a woman named Ragan who is apparently is in charge of the hiring procedures from corporate offices in Dallas.....not Springfield. I sent off an email politely explaining that I am in limbo as I have heard nothing from them.....that was four days ago. I would expect that a company would extend the same courtesy they expect from potential employees when directing them in what to do to get hired, the job I was told I have was after all in customer service. After this experience in just trying to get an answer about how to follow their procedures I would expect that customers do not get "serviced" to well at all.



Service lacking!

Hotel in Hot Springs was booked through internet services. The accomadations were extremely unacceptable and check-out was immediate. We have been unable to get Travel Now to respond to numerous e-mails concerning refund.
