My husband made an appointment three weeks in advance. On the day of his appointment, we got a phone call two hours prior cancelling it. The person said she had a doctor's appointment. This was on a Monday morning and our appoinment was at 10:00 a.m. I know when I've called to make a doctor's appointment, I cannot get in on short notice. I believe the person knew about her doctor's appointment much earlier than the day of our appointment. She also left a non-working number as a call back number to reschedule. We will not be using this service due to the lack of professionalism that left us with a red flag.
