They are rude as hell in this office the so called Manager is a joke she takes the side of her rude staff and won't listen to us the customers or future customers. Its worse ran than any rental place we have ever seen you won't get what your promised and lord knows if you have a issue don't even bother to call in lol its a big joke.

The apartments themselves and the atmostphere is great. The management and their policies on the parking are not consitant. No matter what the office tells you, you need a parking permit and you need to make sure they have updated their books if you change vehicles. Otherwise you get to pay $85.00 to get a boot removed. There is no if's and's or but's about. Remeber regardless of what someone has told you in the office, have a permit on your vehicle with the correct information listed at the office.
