        I had an emergency with my water heater leaking. I called on a Sunday morning & Roto Rooter made an effort to fit me in with their very heavy schedule. A professional came & turned off the hot water & my gas pilot light to make it safe...which was a relief...& gave a competitive estimate.Then Kathy call3d the same night & scheduled the quickest possible appointment to install a new heater. Zach installed the heater quickly, efficiently & was very friendly.
        I had a wonderful experience with this company. I have planned to get a water softener installed in the near future & Roto Rooter has reasonable prices to do the job.
        Thanks Kathy for going above and beyond to help me with my water heater emergency.

        RR replaced our sewer line from house to city connection. Blake came out first and diagnosed the problem with camera - tree roots! He provided solutions, I chose to replace the line. They scheduled the work ASAP. Gavin performed the job. He removed the old line and put in new pipe. Gavin went about his job in a professional manner - very efficient. He operated the backhoe with skill. I am thankful he was able to complete the job in one day. I was very pleased with the job done! I recommend Roto-rooter!

        Our service representative Tom Jamieson was right on time, super friendly, very confident in his knowledge of our problem. He got right to work on our clog, knew exactly what was wrong and had it fixed in about a half an hour. We thought we needed our tank pumped and Tom actually told us it was not necessary. I was extremely pleased with the service we were provided. I will absolutely call and refer them in the future! On top of it the cost was $50 less than the minimum I was quoted on the phone and expected to pay. Thank you Tom Jamieson and Roto Rooter of Traverse City.
