DONT USE THEM!!!!!! Not worth the money that they charge. Never knew when to expect them. Kept consistently setting off home alarm and had to call me to get code. Raised rates to a "premium service". When I told them that wasnt something that I was interested in they said that I would need to find another cleaning service. When they would clean, there was dust and cob webs still present after they were done.
I asked for an in home estimate and they said they could estimate the time based on house size. I have a five bedroom, three bath home and a finished basement. I asked that only three bedrooms be cleaned and they estimated 4 man hours to clean. They arrived and were not able to clean the basement and bathroom so I asked what we needed to increase the time to to get to it. We increased to five man hours and the next time they came they could only spot clean the basement and bathroom. Again I increased the time to 6 man hours and they still were unable to get to the basement and I had made all the beds, dusted the master bedroom prior to them coming. Our house is very tidy and picked up and I can clean it by myself in 5 hours. Felt very frustrated that they were not more efficient and despite increasing the cleaning time they were never able to clean my basement.
I used Penny's Cleaning in my home for three years. Penny was very easy to communicate with, and I always had a clear understanding of exactly what services she would provide. In three years, she never once cancelled a cleaning. Penny and her team are reliable, thorough, and dependable.
Don't use them!! Was very disappointed with the cleaning, or lack of cleaning, that I paid an outragous amount for! Many things did not get cleaned, such as my fireplace mantel, because there was a spider on it! So kill the spider and keep cleaning! When I spoke with the owner all I got was excuses of why things didn't get done. I didn't pay for excuses, I paid for my house to be "deep cleaned"! Poorest cleaning job I have ever paid for!

We strive for complete customer satisfaction and will make every effort to resolve any problem in a timely manner, however, after finding 2 brown recluse spiders on one fireplace mantel, we respect our crew leaders' decision to skip that area. Though our professional cleaning teams are very hard working, we do miss things on occasion. We are happy to return to fix the problem or offer fair compensation. When cleaning a home with time restraints it is not always possible to cover every detail on the first cleaning. We are very sorry that you were disappointed, but respectfully believe that the price was fair for the many hours of work that were spent in your home.
