It is a blessing to have Dr. Marcel Popa in north Springfield! His patience, compassion and efficiency is top notch. He is very caring and genuine. My husband, teenage son and I are patients and I have referred many of my family and friends to Dr. Popa. There is never any pressure to buy products or sign up for as many "adjustments" as your insurance allows. He will only do what is needed and several times it has only taken one visit. I came to see Dr Pops with severe lower back pain. After 1 visit, I was much better! Also, he doesn't pressure you at all for multiple visits or try to sell you extra "stuff"

In the recent past I had severe back pain to the point I could not get in and out of the car. I finally made it to see Dr. Marcel Popa and he took the time to listen about my current and previous back injuries and administer treatment accordingly. I must admit it, at first, I was concerned about treatment as I'm pregnant and didn't want to create other problems to myself or to the unborn baby. I decided to finally give the Chiropractor a shot although i was very skeptical at first. I suffered major headaches, stiff neck, and back problems. I spent thousands of dollars in Emergency visits due to the severe headaches which then lead to anxiety. The ER doctors put me on different meds, one which was Xanax. The doctors only treated the symptoms but not the real problem. so then i finally did a little research and came across this highly recommended chiropractor. I made an appointment with doctor Popa, and he immediately initiated proper treatment. He figured out my problem within minutes; i was very impressed. He advised at least three visits, due to the severity of my situation and the fact that i lost the curvature in my neck and it was now straight instead of curved. I also bought a pillow that he recommended which has helped me tremendously, and gave me a better nite sleep. If you think that waking up every morning with a stiff neck, headache and hurting back is normal, then you have set very low standards for yourself. I highly recommend this doctor, he has changed my life completely and now i am PAIN FREE!

I'm a floor guy and I use to suffer sevier back pain but after a few visits dr Marcel fixt my back problems

I have been plagued by migraines for the last 15 years, taking multiple heavy medications daily for the last 13 years, which were prescribed by my headache doctor (this is after having a CAT scan, MRI, EKG, etc trying to find a reason for my migraines, all to no avail). I ran into Dr Popa at a trade show this year, and at the urging of my husband (why not, I've tried everything else), sat down and talked for a few minutes. The medical equipment that Dr Popa had showed automatically that I had several problems with muscles and vertebrae in my neck. I started out with 3 visits weekly for two months, then down to twice a week and am now on one visit a week. Dr Popa took the time to figure out a treatment plan and a course of action, and as a result I now might have an occasional migraine every couple of weeks, but most of the time I can fight them off when I feel my precursor "ping" by doing the neck exercises instead of having to pop another pill for when I do get the migraine. This is one doctors visit I wish I had made years ago, it has honestly changed my outlook!!!

I am a driver and I have been suffering from a lot of back pain. Dr. Marcel has been adjusting my back and my neck for a few weeks now. I feel great and my pain is now gone.
