have to agree about the rude service. I went with a friend, who goes there all the time, and raves about them, my pedicure was ok, not the best I've ever had, not the worst...my mani was one of the worst, mostly because of the unfriendly tech's, first thing she tells me is she is tired, so I asked her if she couldn't sleep or something, she just shrugged her shoulders and basically didn't want to talk, ok, fine...but then when I looked at the first hand she did, she said, WHAT?! As if, she wanted NO complaints, I asked her if she could make the white part less thick, [French tips] she said no, have to wait till they grow out...she acted like she hated her job, wanted to be anywhere but there, she left the nails too thick, but I didn't ask her to fix that part.....before I got to her, I had to have my old ones removed, and that was a different lady, like the above posted, she didn't soak them, just scraped them off, I kept telling her it REALLY hurt, she didn't care, just kept on.....WOW REALLY?! While I was impressed with the looks of the place, the service sucked...I usually tip quite well, I only gave $2 shouldn't have given anything really....I'd rate them a zero if I could

I have been coming here since this place opened up and have always been happy with the service even though a pedicure takes 3 hours. Today It took over 3 hours 3 different people working on my pedicure.... It looked horrible! Tip was crooked and I tried to get them to fix it and they did not understand what I was saying and looked at me like I was stupid. I tried to tell them I did not want to pay full price because I was not happy and they would not redo. So at the risk of the police being called I paid now I am on my way to another nail salon to have a real pedicure done. Needless to say I will not walk in that store ever again.they kept saying the guy was new the guy was new. He cut the skin on my toe and it was bleeding he was rubbing the file across my feet and made my toe bleed did not know the order of the lavender pedicure and layered the mud, the scrub, and the cooling gel all together as one thing it was horrible

I have been going here for about a year. The first few times I was ecstatic. I loved my nails and everyone was so nice. Then I wanted just a regular fill and was treated rudely, I felt because I for once opted against the $40 service. It kept going downhill from there. I sent several referrals to them and all of them reported either rudeness by staff or just not getting what they wanted. This last time was the last straw. I wanted my acrylics taken off and to have the shellac style polish done. They didn't soak my acrylics off they PRIED them off causing me to have very sore fingers and ripping off my natural nails in the process. Then she had the nerve to charge me, for prying them off. $38 to have my nails pried off and gel polish done. NEVER going back.

Ive been giving this place my $ for 2 1/2 yrs and the staff is friendly but today i feel taken advantage of. My acrylic's are pretty but when my 5yr. old grand daughter's tiny fingers and toes cost more than mine i question their professionalism, and how much i am valued as a client. And i will add that i am a great tipper ($10 for the ones i really like). And the last time i was serviced Jon did a sloppy job on my nails trying to hurry to another customer. Needless to say i am very disappointed and wish Tom was @ another salon because i wont be going back,..

Consumer service was good. The place was neat and nice. There's tons of pedicure to chose from . Good feet massages . And I would like to come back again .

If you don't mind waiting at least 30 minutes when you have an appointment, this is the place for you! Even a 9 a.m. appointment will have you waiting on John to get there. Love the way my nails are done, but my time is just as important as his. They all knew I was angry today and did nothing to make it up to me. Will not be going back.

John and Sandy and all of the staff are wonderful. They are always friendly and it is a great atmosphere. They have always done a wonderful job on my nails and the pedicures are the best in town. I have been to quite a few nail salons in town and this is by far the best!

This place was overall very good. It was clean, modern, and all of the employees I interacted with were very friendly. The prices are very reasonable too. I went there with four of my girlfriends. My pedicure turned out great. The design was intricate and creative! The only reason I gave it 4 stars was because my one friends manicure was a little sloppy on the edges. But the manicures are only $12. I will be going back for sure.

I love this place! I always get professional service, friendly conversation, and great work. I have been to many other places in town, many that are much more expensive. I get better nails and pedicures here, and they last longer. I now won't go anywhere else. Thanks John and Sandy for a job well done!

Yes, the owner's children were in there at my appointment but they seemed fine to me. I had no problems with the employees, however, some really mean customers were in there throwing a fit because they wanted a certain price that was no longer advertised. That was the worst of my experience.
I think in general some people need to lighten up or go to a more upscale spa. For the price you pay, it's an excellent value. Chill out.
They did excellent work on my pedicure and very reasonable price. The massage chairs are awesome. I found the manager to be very nice and funny, the customers wanting everything for nothing were the nasty ones.

Month Nails does a good job but I feel like I am in a Day Care Center,the employees bring their kids and let them run thru the salon and one was even snooping in purses. One employee was so rude to another customer that as soon as I was done I told them so and let them no I was not staying for my pedicure and then I suggested to the customer where she could go to get the same service without being yelled at and then let them know I would not be back.
