This B & B is surprisingly quiet and relaxing for a location found near the middle of a good sized city. Just a mile or so west of Bass Pro's HQ store, The Mansion is a Victorian styled retreat that's deserving of a visit just to experience the varying professional room decor - no two of them are decorated or shaped similarly. Some are more feminine, some more masculine in design/decor. The place is owned and operated by a church, but not with any overt influence other than being smoke and alcohol free. Because this B & B was built in the 1890's, it has grand staircases but no elevator. There three floors having 13 suites with one of those on the ground floor. Great breakfast, too.

Romantic Getaway

We went there for our one year ann. and we loved it! I was very romantic and quiet place to get away. The rooms are very eloquently decorated. The staff is extremely courteous. We were overly impressed.
