        Greg is a lifesaver! I had forgotten to order toner and ran out as I was running materials for a business show. I drove over to the Document Solutions office and Greg waited for me because it was 6 pm. He had some toner ready for me when I arrived. I was really behind in my printing and much to my surprise, Greg actually ran some free color prints for me on a monster machine in the office. I would have wasted thousands of dollars on that event if it were not for Greg. I now know why another chamber member originally gave him such good marks when I was shopping for new equipment. I am a customer for life! Thank you!

        This owner guides his sales team to roll over leases for the customers without disclosing this information in the customer pricing package. This means customers are paying interest on the original lease then it rolled into a new one, so they are being hit twice with interest! He also promises customers lease are fixed when they are not. Many of his customers do not realize these issues until it is time to upgrade their office equipment

        Have had equipment with most of the local companies and Document Solutions of Springfield, by far, gave us the best product (Xerox), service, and support of any of the vendors. We are completely pleased with their service.
