Several times, during my year with this company, they did not show up on pick up day. When I called to ask what happen, they just "didn't know". Finally got sick of it & cancelled my account. They never said when they would be picking up the bin...but I came home this morning to find they had dumped the trash that was in the bin out into my yard...just...wow. do not recommend this company.
first it took them 3 weeks after I paid for them to come out for them to actually come out now that my services up because nobody ever sent me a bill. They came and took the trash out of the trash cans left the trash on the side of the road and then took the trash can. I will be writing many reviews about this company this is the worst company I've ever dealt with. 0 customer service, 0 compliance with standing in following through. N0 call back. please don't waste your money on this company is not worth it. if I could give 0 stars I would
We were customer's for well over a year. During this time they stopped picking up our trash multiple times; without notice. Bills NEVER came in the mail as they were supposed to, nor did I ever receive the supposed telephone call for disconnect OR the green slip notice that is supposed to be put on the cart 15 days prior to disconnect. When I would call they could never find my account by my address but insisted they were sending bills. That makes sense, right?!?!?! So twice our service got cut off, twice I called and accepted that it must be a mistake that I wasn't receiving bills, calls, or even a notice (let's be honest, that's just the trashmen being lazy), paid bill, and continued with service. The last time this happened was at the end of January. I've been paying attention waiting for my new bill that again never arrived. Today my husband comes home to discover that our trash HAD BEEN DUMPED OUT ALL OVER THE CURB and our bin taken. Again with zero notice. I call to see what's going on and Michelle, who I spoke with every single time this has happened, again couldn't find my account from my address (you know, the thing in which they would actually need to send my bill to) and tells me that yea it's been cut off. I proceed to tell her how ridiculous it is that they would dump our trash out all over our curb; ESPECIALLY without any notice. It's just uncalled for and frankly bad business. I'm appalled that this is a business standard for the. What was almost more appalling was the lack of care from Michelle. She asked me for a picture of the mess they left behind; definitely no problem there! Then proceeds to tell me that she has no idea why I was AGAIN never contacted. I reminded her that tjis was the THIRD time her and I had this conversation. Her lack of care was less than enthusiastic. Not a single time did she offer any sort of apology. Not one single time. At a minimum there ahould have been some recognition of the fact that it's unacceptable to dump trash all over a neighborhood.
