I would not recommend this salon. They offer Aveda products but that is not enough for me to recommend this place. It is not the quality of the stylists, it is the lack of professionalism displayed by the owner and her daughter (one of the stylists). For one, no confirmation call the day before. I have gone to an appointment, and even though I had the appointment card that was filled out by the owner stating my next appointment, they had no record of the appointment!! NO HAIRCUT BECAUSE THEY WOULD NOT WORK ME IN! Secondly, I received a haircut on one occasion and they did not give the stylist the tip that I put on my debit slip. I know this because of the amount that went through in my account. That poor girl! i have several friends that go to the same stylist and they have noticed the same thing.
The atmosphere is nice and would be very enjoyable if not for the attitude and demeanor of the two owners. They are catty, abrasive, and unprofessional. This is nothing personal, it just put me on edge and made the experience unenjoyable.
I also do not like the way the owners will walk up behind you when you are getting your hair cut and run their fingers through your hair and scrutinize the way my stylist was cutting my hair. I have gone to her for a long time and I am always very happy with her work and i didnt want anyone else touching my hair and telling her how to cut it!!
One more thing: my mother had a bad reaction to Aveda makeup which is money back guaranteed through Aveda, but the owners would not honor the purchase. They would give her store credit only. I do not like the way they do business and they make a nice salon very unrelaxing.

POOR.........Owner rude! Hair was blue when I left. Overpriced and not worth a dime.
