Been with Empire bank for over 30 years
Empire Bank has been our family bank for over 40 years and we welcome the Central Bank of The Ozarks as it continues in the proud traditions of a great and caring bank! I have not had problems at this branch but notice others without the required identification becoming hostile when they don’t get their way. We have to remember that banks are experiencing many new restrictions and regulations. Today I was faced with a debit card problem and I admire how quick this branch was to protect me from an unsecured transaction. THE NOTARY PUBLIC OFFERS THEIR SERVICE AT NO CHARGE AND IS AVAILABLE DURING ALL BANKING HOURS. If you expect to find nice and courteous employees each time you enter the bank you will not be disappointed. However if you're having a bad day simply talk directly to one of the managers who will give you their undivided attention. As customers we demand the best and here you will received it! I live in Phoenix now but WHEREVER I GO MY BANK GOES WITH ME!
Online banking system is terrible. Mobile app does not even work. There is no online form of communications. Staff does not dress formal at all. Customer Service hotline is a joke and 9 times out of 10 they want you in person for what could be done over the telephone or e-mail. This place is a joke.
This bank is no good. On two separate occasions they have "lost" my deposit. They are plagued by technical errors. Their mobile banking software doesn't even work correctly. You have other choices. Do not use this bank!
In my only visit to this branch, I was very disappointed in their willingness to help with a simple transaction.
Do not ever call them...it usually takes forever for a human voice...I'm sure this is not the only branch that is like this...
Horrible horrible bank. Little over six months ago or so, someone tried stealing almost $2000 from my account. Went to headquarters here in Springfield for help and I had never been so disrespected. Lady I talked to took me to a private room to 'talk' and yelled at me. Told me it was my fault. Wouldn't even let me talk. No help or anything. Deleted my account immediately and would never request this bank ever.
Doesn't even deserve one star. Worst bank ever with the worst customer service especially over the phone.
Account Manager can`t stand kids.If you have to go don`t go with your kids.
They cheat you out of your money by applying random service charges and you only earn interest in your savings on what you deposit each month, NOT on what your balance is.
