The store is new, pretty, and clean. Employees usually pleasant, especially those in pharmacy. decent selection. Prices, though, are outrageous-many items $1-3 more than their competitors charge for the same thing-especially dirty when you consider that several Price Cutter stores in the area are in low income neighborhoods where customers don't have transportation to stores further away, and are forced to be gouged.Additionally, if you're physically challenged and ride the bus, don't go to this store. Part of the 10 minute walk to and from the bus stop is over an uneven, rocky, dirt path. Returning to the bus stop you have to haul your groceries up a steep hill. Not possible with a lot of medical conditions.
Disappointed when I called the pharmacy wanting a price quote and neither of the two employees I spoke with would do it. One said she'd look it up but never came back to the phone. The second, a male employee just plain hateful. Refused to look up the cost because he didn't have that medication currently in stock. People in other parts of the store friendly, helpful, and easy to find, though. Decent selection, but outrageously high prices. Trip between bus stop and store much more realistic for physically challenged customers, than the arrangement at the Nolting Ave. store.
I absolutely love shopping here, not only are the speople friendly but the prices are great. Traditional grocery stores add 33% to their cost where as this store only adds 10%. This is the only store i will shop at now.
this was consumers market for years then daves iga (owned by a consumers employee) then price cutter. always friendly, helpful. store clean not alot of selection but if you want a true neighborhood store this is for you
Great store in my opinion -- very helpful employees, friendly, good stock of items. A few cents high on this one you will find others lower than Wally.. It is clean and neat. I like it!!!!Shirl
Things I enjoy at this location include the natural and organic foods, meats, the produce, the breakfest buffet and bistro. Good sales are available, but some of the prices need to be watched.
Best grocery store in Springfield, Mo. also has the nicest workers of any store I've shopped in great people, and great price's couldn't ask for more.
I love shopping here! The prices are good and there are lots of choices of food and brands. One of the best money saving grocery stores in Springfield.

Easy access, helpful employees, usually run efficiently, but many items overpriced.NOT a 24 hour store.Closes at midnight.
