His entire staff will have you seeing a beautiful light of clear vision. From my own personal experience, I suffered injuries following a traumatic car accident in 2004. While my vision depleted, I was continued to be told by my family physician that "headaches and lapses of double vision were to be expected after such a serious injury." I knew this was more than the accident, and it took Dr Collins to be my founding Victor to unveil the true source of my weaknesses. It was because of Dr. Collins brilliance in understanding medical knowledge, and only then, did a diagnosis of the real underlying injury come to life. I had a great experience at Queen City Eye clinic. The staff is very friendly and attentive for your eye care needs. They will be honest to you and make sure you understand any issues for your eye. With take time to make sure you get the best option for you eye where and care needs. They will joke with you to put you at ease as well.
Queen City Eye Care is by far the best quality eye care business around! Dr. Tran & the staff work hard to be thorough with their exams & treat everyone like family! I have an endocrine disorder & Dr. Tran was able to see this through a scan & explain how a potential issue could arise. I appreciated her taking time to explain & potential signs to look for in the future. We went back for my husband's yearly exam & found his insurance wasn't going to cover costs of an issue, so they worked with us. I'm thankful for a professional who spends extra time with clients, making sure she's thorough with her exams, all questions are answered, & everyone's satisfied. They have a quick return on glasses & contacts within a few days (which they have a HUGE selection of, I was impressed by), Saturday appointments, &ability to schedule online. I also really love that they are an incredibly compassionate group of team members that are hilarious, up-to-date, & knowledgeable in their field.
My Doctor is Dr. Daniel Osborn and I can't say enough good about him, the staff and The Missouri Eye Institute. It's been 1 Year since I had LASIK Eye Surgery and still amazed and thrilled everyday when I open my eyes. No doubt I would do the surgery again and would absolutely have Dr. Osborn do the surgery. God has blessed him with skills that will change the way you see life. Don't hesitate give them a call you won't regret it.
I'm the caregiver for my father who has dementia. I had received a letter from Missouri Eye Institute saying he had a checkup this morning at 8:45. I took a 1/2 day personal time and we to the senior home to collect my dad. Upon arrival, we're told (rather coldly) that he's not scheduled for today; his next appointment is two weeks out. I knew this was wrong, and I pulled up their letter on my iphone to show her the letter we sent. She waived me off saying "I can't read that. It's too small". I enlarged the date and handed her the phone. Mistakes happen; my intent was to simply find out where this communication broke down so it doesn't repeat. She looked at her computer and said "We called you." I never got a call or a message, and had to prod her to check the numbers they have on record. The primary number was accurate, but the secondary was not. She was already acting aggregated, so we left. Not a "Gee, I'm sorry." or "Let me try to help." Just "We called you." I cancelled my Dad's next appointment. We won't be going back.
I give a 4 star because I absolutely love the eye doctors. They are both nice and help each other. I would give 5 star if it wasn't for the receptionsist. I believe her name is laura. She's an older lady with glasses. Blonde hair. She has been rude every time I have been in there and including on the phone. I almost did not go when I made my initial appointment because of how rude she was when I spoke to her on the phone. She doesn't ask politely for your information and will let you know if you are irritating her by her tone of voice and by interrupting you.
