Regular drive-through customer. Food is always fresh, hot, delicious - and the portions are very generous. The to-go packaging is very nice as well!

Love this place and they bring the food to you and check on you several times during your stay. You do order at the window, but the food is wonderful. Great wontons, potstickers and more.

I love Triple Right. I actually drive half across town to get my order. I have never had an issue with their services. I love the prices too. Im a picky eater and I always think of them when I want Chinese food. Only thing I wish is that they had a buffet.

There is a new blonde employee working at Hong Kong Inn. I stopped in yesterday at 12:00 p.m. There was a family there ahead of me. They asked me if I wanted to go ahead if I knew what I wanted. I said yes and ordered the Dinner for Two, one Cashew Chicken and one Sweet and Sour Chicken meal. This comes with 6 Crab Rangoon . When my order came it had wontons and eggrolls. I do not like wonton and eggroll. I went to the counter to ask to fix my order. The new blonde waitress told me that was not what I ordered. Even after the family told them they got my order wrong. I have been to this restaurant over 20 years and never any problems or mistakes. This was at noon yesterday. I called back to speak to the manager and she answered the phone. I asked her a specific question. Silence. She will cost this restaurant money with her poor customer service and bad attitude. Either they need to train her or fire her. Shame on Hong Kong Inn for hiring an employee with such a bad attitude.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience and food from here. A couple years ago I left a glowing review and it was well deserved. That is the complete opposite now. Starting with the "green tea" that I was told they served being a bag of Lipton black tea served in a disposable foam cup to my order of 'Dinner Lo Mein meal' having exactly six small peices of beef. Only greasy noodles with some mildly metalic aftertaste, nothing besides an equal amount of what was supposed to be fried rice was served. I will be contacting them in the morning as this was a to go order and I will want to have this refunded. This is unfit to eat, having tried to make the meal more appetizing I added some chopped green onion. Succeeding only in ruining the green onion. I will update this after I speak with the owner tomorrow and review that experience as well.

Have tried several different dishes and have liked them all. Crab Rangoon was delicious. Rice has always been very moist.

We ordered delivery. Our food was delivered within 10 minutes of the time we ordered online. It was piping hot, and delicious. The white meat chicken was huge, the rice plentiful, the green onions just right and not overwhelming. We received everything we ordered and the condiments were perfect and plentiful. The egg rolls came with the meal and were delectable. The young man that delivered our meals was pleasant and polite. I will certainly do business with China Wok again. Thank you so much for the wonderful fast food experience!

I do not understand the reviews below, Me and my entire family eat there and have for many years. the food is GREAT always hot and fresh! I drive clear across town to get their cashew chicken "trust me" there is none better! Their crab ragoon is great too. WE have tried most of places to try their cashew chicken and ALWAYS have to go back to THE HON KONG INN!!!! RitaM.
