This was a great car buying experience. They had a lot of very nice newer cars to pick from. I got the car I wanted with a Great Price and they gave me a Great Trade In Value. No Pressure. Thanks to Everyone that helped, I Truly Appreciate it.
He is very disrespectful rude treats his customers and employees very bad.Don't fix the cars like he said he would then lies and tris to turn it around on you. He suppose to be a business man he shouldn't own anything. We had to call the cops just to get my daughters billfold that had DL. Ssn and money... He takes advantage of people that are less fortunate than he is.It's pretty bad when police officers have nothing nice to say about himTrust me you don't need a car that bad that you will go here! !!I wished I would've listen to what people were telling me about him before I went there
Honest business!! You have to be realistic about the vehicle you are buying and the price you are paying!
Great place to buy a car! I got a really nice car, 2 year warranty and my payments are under $300. Only place in town I could find this kind of deal.
awful... would not suggest them to anyone, false advertisement, they do not do as they say, they just want your money, these cars are lucky to run not even 6 mo...... over priced ,,, they know what they are doing.
Do not ever have the experience of these individuals... they are scamming anyone & everyone they can get in their cage....... There are many other honest car dealers who do the same thing, meaning helping you get a running vehicle..... DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, THEY WILL NOT EVER BE ON YOUR SIDE.... EVER... GO SOMEWHERE ELSE........ ASK AROUND COMMON INDIVIDUALS WILL TELL YOU THIS SAME EXPERIENCE.... DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE ... EVEN "SOME' HONEST SALES INDIVIDUALS WLL TELL YOU THE SAME....
PLEASE do not give them your time or business. I found a car that I thought I wanted, but needed to get some paperwork together before finalizing anything. He said that they could "hold that vehicle" in exchange for a $500 check. I asked if he was sure they wouldn't cash it. His response was, "We only accept cash for down payments, we never cash checks. No worries, you can pick up the check or I can shred it if you decide you want the vehicle, and give us the $500 in cash." Keep in mind that we hadn't even driven the vehicle (still haven't), nor had we signed any paperwork, whatsoever. You guessed it-they cashed the check! We never even said whether we wanted the vehicle or not. Honestly, we were planning on taking cash in this afternoon to drive the vehicle and probably purchase it. The moment that check was cashed, that idea went right out the window. I work in sales, thankfully for a reputable company, and I would NEVER dream of taking someone's money without them truly wanting our product and agreeing to the purchase. After reading reviews, I should have known better. Don't even risk it, move on.
Today I bought my fourth car from Hotwheelz, not that the first three needed replaced. What impresses me the most about Shawn is his honesty and integrity! I left the area for a year after I paid off the first two vehicles, drove them 16 hours one way, no issues! We moved back to mo I needed two more vehicles went straight to Shawn/Hotwheelz. No need to shop around, I knew he would be fair and honest! Will go back if I ever need or just want another vehicle in the future!
Just bought a 2007 HHR. What really impressed me was that they did not try and push a higher priced vehicle that I had asked about, he actually said it would not be the best for what we needed. As I was sitting in the office I witnessed his crew going thru the vehicles, and Shawn directing them to make sure everything was in proper working order, before he would put them out for sale. This dealership seems to really care about what they sell.
This shop is the best place I have ever gone to get work done on my truck. I drive a Land Rover, which are as a whole, notoriously expensive and difficult to get repaired. I had previously gone to another shop in town who advised me that it would be over $2000 to fix. Looking for a second opinion I was directed to Ron and Bo at Flagg auto. I could not be more greatful. After thorough inspection they found it was a simple loose cap causing the issues. Saving me litteraly hundreds of dollars. They are the nicest people and gave me honest answers. I couldn't be happier with their service.
