The cellphone industry needs to know about TechGuruMO.We paid the company $5,000 for meerchandise and they have completely ignored our text messages. We want to let consumers and dealers know this business is NOT trustworthy. We do not need people like this in this industry. We are in the process of suing the company for funds paid and for additional penalties. Unfortunately, this will take some time but I wanted to inform the community immediately.

Scott is awesome at what he does. Dropped my phone in Florida while on vacation. Thought I lost everything! He fixed my water damaged phone and its still running great! Recovered all of my lost pictures and put them back on my iPhone. I wont go anywhere else.
My husband went in with son and they have been in there 2 hours plus. Just to add one phone and line. Keep making excuses. Worker Logged into wrong wifi access ....Was gonna add 3rd line next week. Would rather pay double anywhere else. Young kids n there watching videos etc. no one working. Will b contacting manager !!!!!!
Went to this location with a major problem. Kelly handled it very quickly and efficiently. She also sold me a Directv package. Not to mention that she smiled and was polite every minute. She will be my go to from now on.
This phone company has HORRIBLE customer service. You buy a phone from them, it malfunctions after only 2 months and the only thing they do is send it to the warranty company for you to wait days to get it back. You call customer service, they tell u they will put 20 in credit on your acct, only to find out they didn't do it. You talk to the district manager about it, the only thing he says is "customer service handles that".- Hmmmm, really??? So the district manager has no power to do anything. Yes, he is having a phone shipped to the store, but will not be there until Thursday or Friday, AFTER we have been without a phone for a week. I guess this is how you treat a Soldier. So, if you want to get the run around for days, MetroPC is the place to go.
If you have a problem , no management on site. Customer service was very disappointing! Felt taken advantage of. I would not recommend this place.
