This branch is a ridiculous and sad excuse for a customer service business. BUY FROM ANY OTHER STORE BEFORE SPRINGFIELD ASHLEY FURNITURE. I do not care how much of an amazing deal they have compared to others, I would NEVER buy from these people again. They will botch your delivery, blame you, not apologize a single time, and waste days of your time. The Springfield branch has no regard for your time or any semblance of respect for their customers. They completely screwed over my family and I and did nothing to fix their mistake. We are not rude, expectant people by any means but would’ve liked to believe that if we paid upward of $1000 we would receive some kindness. Again, do not waste your time with these people because they certainly won't "waste" their time helping you.

Sales person was top notch! The experience after that should have a minus rating. If you need furniture go somewhere else. No one will contact you when it doesn't arrive on the date that they tell you. NO one will call you when it does arrive. Be prepared for an hours worth of paperwork just to pay cash. Also, be advised that the reason they tell you that if you cancel they will charge you a fee, is because you will want to cancel before it finally arrives.
We ordered a bunch of stuff (a sectional, ottoman, chair, and bed frame) and they said it would take 2 to 4 weeks to come in because they had to order it from the warehouse. We finally got a call saying that we would get our stuff exactly a month out from when we ordered it which was the absolute last day that they said it might come in. The confirmed the delivery a couple days before and sent us an email confirming it. Then we got a call saying that it was going to be another week. We got frustrated at this point since we had already sold all of our other furniture and we are hosting an event this weekend with NO WHERE for people to sit. So we called back to MAKE SURE that it would be no later than the week after the expected delivery date- we called the store and they said that it was going to be at least 2 more weeks (so nobody really could tell us a for sure answer). I then asked what the process would be to return it and not get it and the manager in Sprinfield was VERY rude and said that we would have to pay 10% of the total price for "restocking fee". Whatever the heck that means- if they had it stocked we wouldn't have been in this mess. So now we are having a party with zero place for people to sit and a big empty room. VERY DISAPPOINTED and will not recommend Ashley to any of our friends who are looking for new furniture.
Spoke with Mr. Jackson about what I was looking for. He showed me several options. He helped me with measurements, etc. Mr. Jackson was a pleasure to work with. I was able to make a determination over night & was back to purchase the next day. Great construction on the book cases I purchased. They delivered & set them up for me. Couldn't be more pleased. sofa city does NOT stand behind there furnature.bought tv stand got home and found a broken leg.took picture of it and sent it to them.they talk to mangufacture and they told us nothing they could do about it.WE must have broke it !!! will never buy from them again.will go back to Ashley.

Wet curing is the best way to cure concrete and prevent efflorescence, but it's hard to do so evenly. As such, most people choose liquid curing compounds instead.
Wet concrete can irritate the skin or cause first-, second-, or third-degree chemical burns. Cement dust contains silica, which damages the lungs and can lead to cancer or silicosis. Many concrete mixtures contain cement, so homeowners should be careful if contractors create the concrete on site. Anyone who touches wet concrete or dust should wash their skin with soap and cold water.
