Thanks for locking the door in my daughter's face as she drove out to your facility as she has a hemmorrhagic UTI tonight. Unfortunately, you were the only one open till 9 or should I say 8:54. You are not a fast food restaurant or bank. Why would you act like that? Why don't you just permanently lock your doors and do us all a favor.

Today was my first time at this office and I have to say the staff is amazing ! Everybody I came in contact with were very polite and helpful. I have never been as happy with a doctor in my life as I was today with Dr. Helfand, he took his time, you can tell he really does care. He took the time to listen and answer all of my questions. I definitely found a doctor that I'm staying with. I think the service is amazing, I would highly recommend this place to anybody who is looking for a new doctor ! I'm very satisfied with the help and service I received today !

The reviewer below isn't crazy - they're as incompetent as she inferred. Quite rude as well (as far as the front desk women go). There's some people that like them, though. Simply put, if you're looking for an uplifting clinic and are offended by people that seem reluctant to help you, this just might be a poor experience.
