About Search Results

YP - The Real Yellow PagesSM - helps you find the right local businesses to meet your specific needs. Search results are sorted by a combination of factors to give you a set of choices in response to your search criteria. These factors are similar to those you might use to determine which business to select from a local Yellow Pages directory, including proximity to where you are searching, expertise in the specific services or products you need, and comprehensive business information to help evaluate a business's suitability for you. “Preferred” listings, or those with featured website buttons, indicate YP advertisers who directly provide information about their businesses to help consumers make more informed buying decisions. YP advertisers receive higher placement in the default ordering of search results and may appear in sponsored listings on the top, side, or bottom of the search results page.

They stink. sent all my paperwork in and they lied and said they didn't get it. They even signed for it. I live in Boston and just got laid off and heard they purposely throw alot of paperwork away because they are too lazy to process it. They really need to fix this agency. As for you Melinda, if you were here illegally with eight children and pregnant with your ninth and no father around they would give you what ever you want. Also, if you were an illegal and your kids were acting like monsters they would compliment you on how wonderful they are and most likely encourage you to pop out many more. The only good review here is by a worker, it figures.

My case was handled my Inspector E. Kulig. She was always very nice and took the time to help me get into a payment plan that work within my budget. In addition, she called me when the amnesty program was rolled out and that help my husband and I complete our payment plan months earlier, and we was forgiven on penalties. She was AWSOME!!! Thanks you Inspector Kulig!

I have a really horrible story about this office. My husband and I went in to apply for some cash assistance because he got laid off a few weeks ago. First of all, we were told that we have a sanction which didn't even sound right and that when I asked the caseworker about it she couldn't even give me a straight answer as to why, so basically after all the red tape we wouldn't even be able to get the cash assistance for another month or so. Meanwhile, because both my husband and I had to go to this appointment we had to take my very active 3 and 1 year old with us who don't do great in offices. Because they were getting restless, my husband took them out to the lobby to wait for me until I was done talking to the caseworker. My son was playing on the stairs but my husband was watching him closely and a staff commented about it to my husband. My husband said a stupid comment back, foolish of him, yes, but he was very frustrated. The staff came back in the office area and basically made it sound like I had to take the children back with me which of course they got even more restless because they were back in the office area. I also asked about emergency housing when we were there but they said we basically don't qualify since our situation did not fall under domestic violence, natural disaster, fire, etc. So, after being helped basically not at all, we left. So yesterday I got a knock on my door and it was the Department of Children and Families! The DTA called them because they said when we were there the children were out of control and that we were neglectful! So not only are we struggling and we did not receive any of the help we needed, now to add to the stress we have an open DCF investigation! I think this is all extremely unfair! Also, at these DTA offices many times both parents have to come in to the office and bring little children and have to be there for an hour or maybe even more. But these offices are not kid friendly, even though people bring hundreds of children in each day-I mean they couldn't have a little play area set up somewhere or have some volunteers watch them so that their parents could concentrate when they are in there? I wrote this because I felt like I had to warn people -I mean these people are supposed to be helping and they just made our life that much worst! Be warned!
