        Joel Thatcher responded to an issue insurance was having with an inspection for the roof of a home that was threatening the insurability. Joel repaired the issue(s) as needed at EXTREMELY reasonable cost and quickly, without trying to pad his pockets nor do unnecessary work for the sake of the urgency and knowing it was a "for sure" job no matter the cost. I highly recommend Thatcher for all your needs, big and small!
