The cab driver Gary smoked there and back when taking me to radiation therapy treatments and it's 55 miles one way. When I asked him not to smoke, he became very upset. There are cigarette ashes all over the van since he's a chain smoker. After I, the cancer patient, asked him to not smoke inside the closed vehicle for the 70 minute drive, he started to pick me up 30-45 minutes late and had the heat on full blast when it was 70 degrees outside. When I asked him to turn the heat down, he said something is wrong with you. One day you like the heat on the next day you don't. I'm going through radiation therapy so of course my inner thermostat is confused. Who in their right mind would smoke inside a closed vehicle with a cancer patient who is just starting therapy. I've called management (Jessica and Tina) several times in the past week and they have yet to return my call.
I was almost hit by one of their drivers going down 5th St. He cut me off and almost clipped my car. When we were at the next light I gave the finger for almost making us wreck!! And the driver had the nerve to call me every name under the sun. He then proceeded to throw a empty water bottle at me and went to get out of his car to come at me! I am a female just over 100lbs and he was a 40+ 200+ man! The company has yet to get back to me or anything about it! This is bs and I could press charges for assult!! Horrible company!!
Terrible company for years. Dispatcher always sounds annoyed when answering, gives unclear wait times. Cabs always, ALWAYS late. Have waiting 45+ minutes on 10-20 minute 'estimates'. Does not know addresses (or won't look them up if you're unsure), rude tone in general. If you need to be somewhere on time, do NOT use Lincoln Yellow Cab. I would rather walk through a mile of broken glass than give this company my money
Worst f----ing cab people ever. I wait at least 30 mins to an hour everytime. Management is super rude and not willing to work with you at all. "The customer is always rights" is obviously not one of their mottos because they'll argue with you, yes! The managers will. Been late to work 5 times. I'm currently waiting for a cab at a dollar general and I've seen 3 cabs drive past. Been waiting 40 min . Called 3 times, sent to voicemail twice, and when I finally did get ahold of them they told me "it'll be a while, were busy". Needless to say, this company sucks balls and deserves an F on every rating.
I have used this cab company for fifteen years now and encountered three rude cab drivers and a very rude dispatcher. Many of the drivers are courteous and understanding and there is at least one very nice dispatcher for the company. After tonight I will never call them again. I called for a round trip ride that normally takes 10 min to arrive. After a forty min wait I called to check on where the cab was to find they did not put the pickup in at all and she got rude then ordered a cab for me. When the cab arrived I was made to give a deposit, which i never had to do. The driver was rude and said that he was the boss and that no matter the complaint nothing would be done, that customers don't count and good luck with finding a different company since they have thirty cabs. They also harass you after your trip by calling you and asking if you still need a cab and when you answer their questions they act as though you are stupid and don't know what the color yellow is then proceed to get rude and nasty before hanging up on you.
