I agree. This guy has horrible customer service. I will never go back to him. I have never been treated so bad by any company.

Think twice before going to this place. The owner was smug and acted as if he had better things to do than deal with my repair. (which was very simple). I took my gun in on a Monday morning and was not given an estimate nor a time frame for the work to be completed. I had to call several times before someone answered the phone and when I asked how much longer it would take I was informed that he would not lock himself into a time frame. NOTE: I called a week later: I let one more week go by and still no update so I went back and collected my gun which no work was ever started on and left. After taking the gun to another place it only took the new gunsmith a total of 6 minutes to perform the work. So please think twice before having work done at this location. They might be excellent at selling guns but need a lot of help in their customer service skills.
