        spring air junk

        i bought a queen size spring air mattress set a year and a half ago. with in 6 mos of purchase it was sagging in the middle and had a "lumpy" feel. i called and complained and steve told me they were getting away from that brand and asked me if i would like to come in and reselect. now i thought ....wow! thats great service!i selected bemco mattress , a windham plush set..i now have 2 huge divets and it leans to one side!!! i called and asked for steve and was told they do not take care of warranty work i had to take it to bemco mattress here in springfield. that was not what i was told when i purchased it originally. these people are liars and cheats. i wouldn't buy a dog bed from them!
