We ordered 4 appliances. Four weeks later on delivery day two were damaged. On second delivery day, fridge was installed wrong causing small leak which warped the flooring. We puuled fridge out and discovered they had installed one that was scratched and dented on the side. On day rescheduled for delivery of microwave, no call no show. We called and were told sorry it is not here, so yet another day next week they think it will be delivered. And not even an apology yet for this appalling incompetence.
Good service, good products and good warranty. Even if prices are a little more than other places, delivery is much less so you still save money in the end. I bought a washer/dryer set 16 years ago from them and never had trouble. When they died this year I went back and bought another set.
I have had a good experience purchases and the warranties. However, be very careful about havjing them perform services on out of warrantee service. They use the flat rate program and I got ripped of. $18 part 20 minutes of service cost me $120. The owner would not talk to me, as his manager said that is what he is ired for. You hear the owner on his creative ads but he doesn't back up what he says. Listen to me and use my business , but I don't want to talk to you. I will never use him for service again and I would suggest any one who does be very careful.
