My husband has stage 5 renal failure & can't live on the streets & we stayed at the SOS Overflow Shelter & I tried to get me & him in Helping Hands of Springfield & spoke to Sara Becker & we got discriminated against & refused housing because of Micheal's kidney failure but another man in Micheal's dialysis clinic was allowed to go there so we filed a lawsuit against Helping Hands of Springfield & on several times was denied shelter when we filed the lawsuit our civil rights were violated yet again because now we can only come & get our mail there we can't be on there premises & there attorney is stupid for even taking the case because it was point blunt discrimination we even got letters from SIU & Davita on how they tried to get Micheal in there with the same avail & WICS & putting them up on a pedestal they need to check there facts because Helping Hands is very discriminated & breaks all types of civil rights/discrimination.
