Find another arrons, my first rental went well till it was toward the end of the rental. Tv had lost power and it was due to a update it was flickering on and off. I had them pick it up and watched as they didn't bother to put a moving blanket on the tv which made me nervous but I'd figure it would survive. Took almost 6 weeks for a update that I asked if I could do at home which they wouldn't let me. The update its self was for phillips tv which I talked to phillips and they told me it was simple and customers should be aware they might have to do it from time to time. When I called which I had to several times some didn't even know what I was talking about. Finally got it back and the bezel was scratched badly and clearly from not protecting it. I wanted it replace cause I got it unopened in a box when I bought it. I lost to a used and abused newer model and didn't learn my lesson there. Went to get another tv after they got a new manager and told him my concerns and he was very eager to make things right on a new purchase. I got sucked in and paid for two months in advance set up auto pay on pre paid banking card through a bank which had multiple auto pays set up on it. Something went wrong and didn't find out till they sent two guys out to my house to get it. I was lost and asking questions while the other was on the phone and he was very nice and understanding we were going to pay then this punk gets off the phone and says I don't know what you guys are talking about but were here" to get the tv or a payment" I was instantly mad since he had know idea what we had just said cause he was on the phone and came at me like I'm just someone trying to skip payments. I had them take it. I didn't wanna never give my money to someone that employs people like that. I called and said never again. They don't have there act together and the guys that deliver don't all treat the product like it was going to there house. I found out later that my bank card just wasn't accepting the transaction. The money was there and it was just one of them weird things with pre paid cards. Phone records from att show they never called and I was able to find a email in the spambox that was hours pryor to picking up the tv. Don't waste your time at this location. They seem like a bunch of kids that landed a decent paying job but to dumb to see that the customers matter. I'd check other locations first. I'll never go there again cause I no longer have the need. If you do. Keep phone records cause they won't call when something goes wrong and they send a email before they get in the truck to pick it up. You will deal with young adults with a lack of concern how your product arrives in the same state in which you bought it. Extra damage on repairs if it's a large item. Good luck
I checked out the other rent to own companies before I ended up choosing aarons for my couch. They have a great selection and they were really helpful on the phone when I called. I got my furniture delivered on time and since the couch I have leased a computer and just recently a washer and dryer. These guys do a great job and I highly recommend them
I ran into having problems paying one month and they were VERY GOOD at helping me get thru a difficult time and keeping my purchase.
