I wish I could give this garbage site zero stars. My package has been “lost” on the delivery day 6 separate times. How is that even possible ? Sometimes they leave it at the wrong door and my neighbors will return it. Other times, ITS JUST MISSING! Calling this location and speaking with the “supervisor” is pointless. They know nothing or do absolutely NOTHING!!!! I’ve had it with them. I’m going to write a million letters to the inspector until something is done. Ridiculous!!
My mother has been waiting for a package since Nov. 29. It is now Dec. 8 and UPS says the package is still in transit. To where, Russia? Unbelievably bad service.
Lazy delivery driver ! ive been waiting for 2 days tracking always says "out for delivery" please don't use this facility if you have heavy packages they don't deliver nor they wont leave any messages in your mail box. Mad as hell !!!!!
The worst ever!!!! I gave 1 star because there's nothing less.Don't use this location facility for your packages. They don't deliver as promised.If you buy a phone from your mobile service provider, be aware!!! Calling ups is not enough. The best thing to do is to manage and hold your package at your nearest ups service point (not this location!!! choose somewhere else) and go pick it up later on. That's the only safe way to get it. Days can become weeks if you dont do so.Their office hours aren't convinient and the drivers are liers. MY OWN EXPIRIENCE, THIS DRIVERS WONT KNOCK ON YOUR DOOR IF YOU PACKAGE IS EXPENSIVE OR HEAVY.
My packages always returned back to sender since delivery guy made fake notes on my packages: "customer request pick up" and never sent notice to my address. I did not know I had packages from UPS and the packages returned back to senders eventually.
