I got a living social voucher and it seemd like they took forever to repair my phone and it was a different excuse everyday I called... finally I got the phone back and they replaced the screen but broke my power button in the process and wanted me to be OK w/ it... they fixed it and I went on... next I went in to have an ipod fixed... I should have know better but I gave them 2nd chance... once again they took weeks longer than they said the repair would take & when I finally got it back they had put a type of bondo under the screen to glue it in + charged me extra $25 to recondition the metal = they're small shop and barely make ends meet so it seems they find or make extra fees up to have a higher invoice eveytime & quaity of work is poor quality and not finished timely.

He answered phone after hours & is very knowledgeable. The Tech diagnosed my problem over the phone and gave me a quote that was 35% cheaper than the manufacturer! Plus I get one year full warranty with the repair.

This was by far the best experience I've ever had with an electronics repair. They were fast and priced fairly. Use them, they know what they are doing!

Horrible service. I felt like I had to yank out teeth to get information about my console repair. Customer service is where they are really crippled. Guy doesn't even give his name. If you want results, just talk to the manager Chris. Everyone else you might as well be talking to yourself.
