Powell Apartments

When we first got here we noticed black mold in the bathroom toilet. No biggy, we killed it with a few applications of Clorox. I always thought it odd the front window was so scratchy and cloudy. In a few months I notice, black mold growing around the base of the sill. Bleach the to rescue! I look up and there is mold all around the top of the window. DISGUSTING! I realized there there was a reason why the window was cloudy when we got the apartment. Bleach, application. You didnt do well to make sure it was gone Powell Apartments! Im a neat person. It says something when you have to also deal with a roach once in a while. Oh the one star is for the people who live here. Very nice. The staff, not such good people either. They may seem nice but dont let it fool you.
