Encore Flooring & Building Products

We have been waiting over 3 months to get a window repaired that was broken during installation. We spent $27K on windows and still can't this replaced. I am not sure how much you have to spend to get them to improve their customer service. Absolutely terrible. . . don't waste your time here.

I'm a custom home builder in NWA, been in business for 22 years. While no supplier is perfect I wanted to say that Encore has been great. They ALWAYS stand behind their products. Keep in mind, they do NOT make the windows they sell anymore than they design the lights they sell. These come from manufacturers all over the world, Encore is the middle man, they supply what I need to build homes for my clients. They are a one stop shop, you can purchase lumber, windows, doors, lighting, all flooring needs, fireplaces and more. The owners are honest and local, on the rare occasion I've needed to call them they have always taken care of me and my clients.

Warning!! Don't use Encore....Worst experience with a company ever! Not only do our windows leak when it rains...every person on our street have had problems with their windows and multiple other problems including kitchen sinks falling out of the counters. We recently attempted to order wood from encore to match the floors and have still yet to get them...it has been a month. It took them several weeks to come out and measure and were dishonest when they told me they had ordered the wood and they actually hadn't. We will never use Encore again.

I had a great experience with Encore. My floors are beautiful, and I couldn't ask for better workmanship. Rick and Greg who installed them are meticulous about every detail, and Sean Groh, the salesman, was just a phone call away when I had a question or concern. Great company!!!

We ordered windows for our entire house and were well satisfied with them. The windows were delivered on time and we installed them ourselves.

Worst company to deal with. Our window order came in (well, only have of it). Waited for over 4 weeks for the rest to come in, only after I finally hd enough. Still don't have one of the right windows and they don't follow up with you to correct things. Will never shop here again....and, they could have had my business on the entire house. Poor customer service and don't care that they cost you money while they continue to screw up things!

Installed wrong flooring, did not order enough material to finish project, left house torn apart for 3 weeks and still fighting over the bill more than 2 months later. Extremely poor communication and customer service. Left one star because I was forced to. Would leave no stars if able. I would never recommend this company.
