Castle rental and pawn

If there was less than a one star, that would be my rating. This place for one, has a bunch of used merchandise that is way over priced. You could buy the same thing brand new at Best Buy for the same price or a few bucks more. So anyways - I came in with a $2500 6 set klipsch home theater/surround sound system in great condition. Theygave me a low ball offer of $75. I mean did they really think I was going to take that? Probably because I'm a woman, they think I'm dumb and don't know anything about electronics. I'm sure they would of turned that around and sold it for $400 or more. Anyways, don't waste your time.

These guys are the worst rent on own store in the NWA, that's why they aren't able to expand they are time waist er and they shoot you a bunch of bull crap about there items. These guys know nothing about the product that they sale in there store and cant really give you the information that you need to purchase the item for your need. Dont let me get on the guys that answer the phone, the most rudest people I have ever delt with. I would not deal with them, deal with somebody that is well know through out the country and state.

Ive had business with these guys for three years, I have no complaints. Always have the answers I need and the place looks great. Ive seen rich homes looked trashed compared to this plae. I know it seems like im trying to get them more business, but its true, this place really does get my respect when it comes to cleanliness and respect for customers. I will continue to take my business there, despite what the haters may say.

I was recommended by a close friend to use Castle to stage my model apartments. I stopped by after work this last week and I was disgusted. As soon as I walked in the door it smelled of urine and cigarette smoke. The very first sofa and love I sat on was filthy and smelled of cat urine. My ten year old daughter was gagging. I moved on to a fridge thinking I could at least try it. When we opened the door rotten meat smell came wafting out and a Roach scurried out from under it. The associates were rude and acted like my questions were bothering them they could never get me a solid price quote. The "manager" didn't have time for me so I will not make time for another chance with them. I hope to goodness whoever owns that company realizes the business potential they lost.
