Kids R Kids Springboro

This center is the best! The staff is extremely loving and caring with the children and helpful with the parents! The communication with parents is better than any other place I have been! I can watch my child all day on the cameras and the teachers let me know when my child needs anything! Fantastic center. I would highly recommend this to a friend!

I am so happy with the care my children have received at Kids R Kids! I love the building, the teachers, the administration and owners and the curriculum and extracurricular activities they provide. I was nervous to go back to work and The online camera viewing was a huge stress reliever. My husband and I were so happy to be able to view our children online while at work. You can see everything! The staff are very proactive about situations that arise and I feel comfortable coming to them with any problems. My children are receiving QUALITY love and care and we couldn't be happier. I would recommend Kids R Kids to anyone looking for a great place for their children to learn!

I do not agree with the negative comment in the above review. I have been going here for the past 4 years, and yes I have heard that they have had many directors in the past, but we are very pleased with the accomodations we have received since the beginning. The classrooms are very well staffed as well as clean and my child has been happy since they started. I love the fact that I can view my child at all times they are in the facility with the camera option. Meals are provided and it is just a great place. We love it!!

This center is being managed into the ground. In less than a year, they have had 4 directors. The lastest one has no authority to do simple tasks without consulting owners. They do not address parents concerns immediatetely, such as a child sitting in the same diaper for 4 hours. Enrollment is down over 60 students since the latest director, Becky has assumed the position. Owners do not care about how center is operated, they are only profit driven. My older child has been beaten repeatedly by another child and the management/ teachers fail to do anything about it. The infant classrooms are constantly over ratio and very dirty.



I would not recommend this center to another parent.
