        Overall

        Monsey Glass was very helpful, they sold and gave me parts along with extensive explanations on “how to” reinstall my bathroom shower door. I wish I hired them in the first place; I wouldn't have needed to reinstall. End result was wonderful! Thank you Monsey Glass!

        Friendly and congenial however, trapezoidal window measurements were wrong, either Monsey or manufacturer mad the mistate, not sure which, so they had to come back three weeks later to do the replacement. Now I am having trouble closing the new double hung replacement windows and there seems to be no urgency to resolve the problem. I hope they are not trying to run out the warranty period. That would be bad to do. For now I will give them the benefit of the doubt however a suitable resolution must come about quickly or I will be appending this review.
