Overall

Expert? I think not. Unless (since the BBB says they only have one employee, he's the expert and we just never see him).

First of all, these guys are just complete jerks. They don't do what they say they're going to do and then spend and hour and a half leaf-blowing an asphalt parking lot...and the sidewalk...and Grand Ave. Leaf blowing the road. At 9am. So they can get paid.

The guy at our place generally spends half or more of his time on his cell phone or sitting around smoking cigarettes. I called to complain and spoke to Debbie, who said she'd have a supervisor call me. Nope. Nobody called. So, I gave it a week or so and then wrote an email. No response.

These guys are the worst of the worst. Rude landscapers that mutter Spanish obscenities at you under their breath when you walk by (I speak Spanish, a-hole...but nice try), management that will not get back to you, ever (or an incompetent receptionist, either way) and then they blow trash into the bushes and leave it there. Nice and thanks.

Don't even consider these guys. RUN in the other direction and make sure that you brush up on your Spanish, so you can catch the insults and excuses they throw at you as you run away. The. WORST.

Overall

I'm basing my review on my interaction with the Lawn & Tree care employees who worked at Mira La Paz in early April '13. I was working at home while they worked on the trees at the front and back of my home. After i'd noticed the guys working in the sun I offered them a drink, and even complimented the work they'd done in the front of the house.



A little while later a couple of branches came down and crashed into the side of my BBQ. I wasn't really concerned with the BBQ as it lives outside anyway, but it did bend the side hinges out of shape a little. I tried speaking to the Greenbrier employee and I explained, "I understand you have a job to do, but you're banging into the side of my property and damaging it." No response what so ever from the man, he just stared at me until I asked for a manager or the name of the company. Which he would not give me, when his colleague walked over I read the name of the company off his t-shirt.



Just a bs apology would have been nice, I approached him in well mannered fashion and was polite through out the interaction but no apology. Just rude, sneering and smiling at my displeasure.



And my property would have been left damaged, the guys would have finished the job and went home, only I said something when I heard the crash.
