I received a very substantial gift card from Bloomingdales. I was shopping around online for a company that could purchase my Bloomingdale's card because of Bloomingdale's card comes with the numbers already visible on the cards most companies were not willing to purchase the card for me. I found I found this company I picked up the phone I called the owner call a scheduled appointment for the following day. He was ready and available when I arrived he answered all my questions and let me spend the wheel. As a result of that I received an additional 2%. I recommend everybody to use this service to sell their gift cards TV repair to sell their gold. I just want to think Carl and his team for helping me out in my time of need
My TV wouldn't turn on, so I called C & T Electronics.
There was a $50. show up cost.
It turned out that 2 small caps needed to be replaced on the power supply board.
It took him 15 minutes to replace the 2 caps and charged me $260.75.
It was stupid of me, a senior citizen , to pay that amount and I've been talking to myself every since.
If you want to get ripped off, these are the guys to call.
Very rude person working there- he got mad when i asked about the status of my tv after not hearing anything for 6 days after dropping it off. They seemed knowledgeable at first, but after 6 days of not receiving any calls with a status on if the tv is repairable then we reconsidered taking the tv to this shop. We picked up the tv, and the guy said when we picked it up that he will put it back together in a half hour because he needed to call a customer back! They said that it would cost 350-400 to repair, but never followed through with definite answer and we could not trust them with our tv for another week without hearing from anyone. If you have time to waste, take your tv here, if not, go elsewhere. The only good thing is that they don't charge for diagnosis, but you never get the diagnosis, unless you track them down! Sadly dissapointed because I drove 20 miles to go to this place because over the phone they had good knowledge and seemed friendly.
well as we all know you cant please everyone ,this customer was called twice but dident answer the phone,they also never called us to check the status of there set,they simply showed up,refused to hear the facts and went away angry.Thankfully this is a rare occurance i have been in buisness for 21 years and could count the number of times this has happened on one hand.I regret having not been able to help any one but it takes two to agree or disagree....thank you
