Great job staining deck, epoxy finish on garage floor, painting outside hardy siding and interior kitchen/bath/living room painting.Very professional and clean.
Very Best Service! Spring Woods UMC ordered 70 shirts for our VBS event. I turned in the order later than they would like, but they were gracious and got our order out. The design they came up with from a very rough draft presented to them was awesome. The prices were more than agreeable. They are a hidden treasure, but well worth the hunt.
I contacted Red River Granite for a counter top for a large outside grill counter. They came out to show us samples and take measurements, and were back within a couple of days to put in the counter top. They were very respectful of our home and property, and did a great job! I will definitely keep them in mind for any future projects.
We hired the Residence Doctor to build a room addition and replace our roof. George and Greg were very professional. Not your typical sleazy contractors who only want your money. They didn't ask for any money until the job was ready to get started. Tony and his framing crew did a great job. No one can tell that the room was added on 14 years after the house was built. It's a seamless transition between the two. The room is well built and should stand up to the toughest hurricanes. The cost of the project seemed very reasonable for the amount of work they had to do. I would definitely recommend them for your next home improvement project.
Owner is a convicted felon.
This company may do good work once you get them to your house but getting an estimate, scheduling the job, getting them to show up when scheduled will lead you to pull your hair out. I had a small roof job. I told the owner (George) that up front but he said it was no problem. I set an appointment to obtain an estimate. A gentleman arrived on time for that process, however, it was nearly 5-days and two phone calls before I received an email of the estimate. I signed and returned the estimate immediately. I called multiple times after that to schedule an appointment to get the work done. Finally after two weeks, I spoke with the owner and scheduled a morning appointment twenty days after the call. Part of that delay was my fault because we were preparing to leave town for a week. I called the evening before the appointment to confirm and the owner confirmed positively except that he told me they had one one at a nearby subdivision before they came to my house. They must have scheduled that job after mine. Two and a half hours after the scheduled appointment Residence Doctor still had not arrived. I called and again talked to the owner who explained that they were still working on another job, still had not gone to the job located near me, and could not tell me when they would arrive. I cancelled the Residence Doctor and began my search for someone else to do the work. I'm very glad that due to the small size of the job ($495) they had not required me to pay the usual 50% downpayment. I would have had to work with them or lose my money.
We were charged double for their failure to receive instructions from their dispatcher and arrived without the proper equipment to do the job. We were charged an hour for that non-productive visit of about 20 minutes and then the hour when they returned several days later to do the job after they secured a proper ladder. The job was performed satisfactorily, but at an inflated price. I feel we were scammed - the guys said there was nothing they could do as the pricing instructions were coming from the supervisor. Not as bad as John Moore, but close.
What a great company! I placed an after-hours call to Extreme Foundation last week. Thomas came out the next day for a free service call. Thankfully we did not need foundation repair. He was kind enough to evaluate another issue we had. He advised us on how to do the work ourselves...saving us tons of money. We will certainly be recommending this company to friends and family.
I went in January 30, 2015 to sell some clothes. I came a week earlier but I was told they were too busy to count the clothes. I have shopped in this store several times. But I have never inquired (in detail) about bringing clothes in. I brought clothes in a bag. There was one lady so rude. She immediately took the clothes from me (before I had a chance to be given the contract and read it). Next thing I know I am being scolded (like a child) that the clothes were not on a hanger. Which obviously they were in gym like bag. Then she said the clothes were "worn". Well the definition of worn is "shabby, frayed, ragged". NONE of the clothes looked like that. She was upset (with me) that I brought in clothes that were worn by another person before. Wow go figure, in a resale store, previously owned clothes. She continued to scold me and tell me they were unacceptable. NONE of the clothes had holes, stains, or frayed edges. They (the clothes) were not on hangers. HMMMM, but the lady could not inform me of this when I walked into the store. I guess she felt she had to scold a person "like myself". I ended up taking the clothes (boys clothes at that; which are hard to find) to another store. That store was so helpful when I called. I did not mention this store when I asked questions and shared what just occurred. When I arrived that the (new) store they were so helpful. I did not say who I was. They explained that the clothes needed to be flat. They were very kind.I would not recommend the Walk In Closet. They seemed to get a kick out of scolding adults. Also they always have a 50-60% sale. So the items are purposely marked in such a way to play with your mind thinking you are getting a sale.
Our wood floors are exactly as we wanted. The install crew was here on time and we are very happy with the results of everything. we have a large dog and the flooring is very durable. We recommend this company.
