Lincoln Review:I purchased a new MKX from Planet Lincoln (hwy 45 and on the same lot as Planet Ford) in 2014. The purchasing experience was fine except that I agree with others comments, they do try to sell you a bunch of stuff you don't really need. However, once you purchase, the misery will begin when you take it back to use the service department. My vehicle has 24 months free oil change and tire rotation. During that period, After my first experience for an oil change, I dreaded going back. It was a terrible experience. 1st Experience: Three hours to wait for oil change. 2nd Experience: Warranty repair on door molding they made sound like was my damage. 3rd experience: 4 hour oil change (free isn't exactly free).Last experience: Dropped car and was told 5 hours minimum before done.No call all day so I called them only to be told the service dept. was closed and I could pick it up on Monday. I explained that was not acceptable since I did not have a loaner car and would be needed my vehicle for work.After multiple "nothing we can do" I asked for the manager. The general mgr also said they were closed.I repeated it was unacceptable and get my car. He called back to say he found my car in "make ready" and had jumped over the service counter to get my keys. He would leave them at the reception for me to pick up my vehicle. No apology for the confusion, or trouble (stress) they had caused me. Sure enough, keys were at the reception, nobody greeted me to apologize for the confusion, just handed me my keys. The receptionist was nice and I did apologize for her for getting turs and upset but I needed her to understand I had to have my car back.We are looking to trade in for a new vehicle which is why I wanted to finish out the protection plan I had paid for. I can certainly say I will never buy from Planet Lincoln again in my life. I wouldn't even take a free vehicle from them if it meant I would have to return to their service department.
i have a 2013 range rover evoque, came in for a check engine light for a fuel pressure problem. Steven suggested to reset light, and clear adaptations first and see if light comes back on with same code, then we would further check issue. Light did come back on and turned out to be a fuel pressure sensor. They replaced it and no check engine light anymore! Guys also did an oil change and tire rotation, will definitely come back. Oil change prices from british unlimited compared to dealer is a big difference,. Thank you!
I was able to bring my car in for maintenance on short notice and they had it ready on the same day. Also, I was able to pick it up after 5 which made it very convienent for me as I do not live in Spring. I worked with Logan on obtaining a 2014 Fiat 500L. He helped me obtain a very reasonable deal on the vehicle. He also did not try and pressure me into purchasing the vehicle until I felt comfortable. Most of the times I leave a dealership I immediately head for the shower, so it was definitely a better experience.

My husband and daughter visited this business a couple of days ago. Spoke with Ed who told them they could take the car to our mechanic to get it inspected. Called spoke to the mgr he seemed hesitant but told us to meet him Saturday am at 10. We were there and waited till 10:40 am!!! No show, no call and I lost $50 because we booked an appt 2 days in advance with the mechanic. Don't let the " I'm Christian " act fool you!!

This place is just awful. they sold me a 2001 Nissan pathfinder for $7900 not only is the blue book cost of that car 3 to 4 thousand dollars everything and anything that could go wrong with it did go wrong with it. major mechanical problems and minor ones. the mechanic they have, had charged me to fix it on more then one occasion and never fix anything . Ed Turpin is the sales man that sold me the car if you come to contact this man be careful he is very persuasive and cunning in the way he words things. he uses the word clean as to say your getting a good deal but what he really means is he had someone scrub it up so it don't look so bad. the worst experience of my life i would not recommend this place to anyone
