This place was decent for the price. I was content with with car wash, but it does not clean your vehicle completely(there are always spots that don't get scrubbed). I had a membership here for a few months and everything was fine, but this last time I went through the car wash, the young employees did not press the right button and the car wash ended up snapping off my light bar. I went in and made an incident report with the shift leader who was very nice. However, when I received a call from the manager, Roxanne Noble, she was very straight to the point and said they will not do anything to help me replace my light bar. I cancelled my membership here, but I did not get anything for the damage that was done. I gave Roxanne another opportunity to offer me anything and she was quick to reply that there was nothing they could do. I have to admit that I expected more from GFY, especially after talking to the operator plenty of times and checking in multiple times to help promote their business. I am very disappointed and I am going back to touch free car washes and recommend the same for everyone.

I left my Ipod in my car and when my vehicle was done the Ipod was gone. The manager proved himself inept at finding the culprit and he offered no reparations. Do not give your business to this place - who knows what else the employees might find worth taking in your vehicle.

My first week working in Spring, Texas a couple weeks ago and pulled to this car wash for a simple drive thru wash and left out with damage on the rear driverside bumper (so much paint chipped out my car). I spoke to a supervisor there names Jimmy who called the owner and they pretty much said it never happen before and that was it. No search, no advice, no assistance, not anything. I will never go to this car wash again and currently working with BBB and possible civil suit in effort to reaps wages back from the paint damage they cause to my 2011 vehicle. Save your self some cash and go somewhere else.
As my truck was going through the wash an employee jumped in and speed off the tracks not letting the dryers complete their job. First time and last time I will be here and I will be contacting upper management. Will be spreading the word as well, with this service won't be open much longer...

I agree with Audrey E., didn't have a great experience here either; had a full detail job done, it was horrible! The employees wanted to argue with me instead of correcting the problem, I wanted to speak to the owner and was told that they had no way to contact him (guess the guy or gal doesn't own a phone) . I am waiting for a call back from the "manager", don't expect much, probably just more bs!! They can probably wash your vehicle but they absolutely cannot detail!
Not a great experience with this carwash. The windshield was still dirty and other spots on the car had not been washed good. The inside had some small trash in the back floor. The front around the gear shift had crumbs on it. The windows were not fully cleaned. Went back to make a complaint and they said they would have someone redo it. I had already waited quite some time because they had a lot of customers and didnt have time for them to "try" again. Unfortunately for them I know a lot of people to pass this information on to.
Actually this is just hilarious! Just yesterday evening I wrote quite a lengthy and very flattering review of my personal experience(s) & my employer's whom are owner's of two of the highest volume Ford dealerships in the state, Planet... I'm driving to Conroe with my niece and she spills her juice all over the entire back seat carpet of my F-150 SuperCrew King Ranch; dropped her off and BOOKED it here to JetSet only to be sitting here in the lot as I write this seriously damaging real life demise of a "review" of the JetSet 3 Minute Carwash on Rayford just east of I-45 and their pathetically disappointing decision to Dilaberately turn off their Wash Card/Credit Card payment processing system leaving the yesterday's fabulous facility operating solely by a payment method of QUARTERS!?!? After 24+ continous hours of rain Which I'm Sure Has Absolutely Nothing To Do With The Rather Expensive Fail-safe Credit Payment Terminal System but here's the kicker, just how did I learn that their card system was in fact deliberately turned off might you ask? The Main Wash Card Reload Terminal happily gobbled up my American Express card as I selected the $50.00 ADD To Wash Card option and proceeded to load my card, Along With Over a Dozen Other Faithful Sucke.. Customers ALL OF WHICH, INCLUDING YOURS TRULY WAS NOT ABLE TO CONFIRM PAYMENT(S) VIA A RECEIPT!?!? The machine prompts the customer: "For Receipt press F4 or #" Any Respectable or even Responsible Business Owner of such a obviously popular and consistently busy local business that NEVER CLOSES (Advertised Open 24•7•365) wouldn't allow the Upscale Community of The Woodlands to be scammed into Paying for services in which they will not receive!?!?! So the owner of JetSet not only is aware his/her Card Processing System is OFF AND UP TO THIS VERY MOMENT Each AND EVERY Card Terminal REPITIOUSLY reads: Insert Credit Card/ Wash Card.. There are NO "Out of Order" signs anywhere on the property and the MAIN Payment Terminal is STEALING $$$$$$, we can NOT use the high tech equipment that you just took our money for. For all I know those transactions are being deposited into a employees personal bank account ripping off their sole clientele ($$$$$$). I HAVE CALLED THE ONLY TELEPHONE NUMBER LISTED 2812985100 MANY TIMES TO ONLY BE FORWARDED TO A VOICEMAIL WHERE I'VE IDENTIFIED MYSELF AND FAIRLY WARNED THE MORAL & LEGAL IMPLICATIONS OF THIS MATTER. I called to verify if they took competitor's coupons (it says they do on their website) for vehicle inspections. The guy I talked to said yes. I drove all the way there and the girl at the desk refused to take it. Even after I told her that I called, she refused. So I just left without getting my car inspected. I don't like being lied to and will never go there again for any reason.
